Information provided by Coswell S.p.A. pursuant to art. 13 of European Regulation no. 2016/679
Whereas
1) following your visits to this Website, the filling out of forms, the receipt of your requests/queries, preliminary contacts, surveys and market research and the possible establishment of commercial relations, our company will collect and process your personal data;
2) for the purpose of clarity, please take note forthwith of the following definitions provided by European Regulation no. 2016/679:
“Personal data”: any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (‘data subject’); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person;
“Processing”: any operation or set of operations which is performed on personal data or on sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction;

that the undersigned company will collect and process personal data in compliance with the following:
general purposes: data will be processed to respond to requests/queries, to duly conduct bureaucratic, accounting, fiscal, commercial and technical procedures and for the company activities compulsory by law or closely pertinent to the relationship between the parties;
“direct marketing” purposes: your data may also be used, solely and exclusively with your freely given, optional, specific consent, which may be withdrawn at any time, for the sending of advertising/communication material via mail, e-mail, telephone, fax, SMS, MMS and similar tools; once you have given your consent you nonetheless have the right, at any time, and at no cost, to oppose the processing of your data for this purpose;
“profiling” purposes: (non-sensitive/specific) data deriving from the filling out of our forms/files may also be used, solely and exclusively with your freely given, optional, specific consent, which may be withdrawn at any time, for profiling purposes, i.e. for identifying and defining your tastes, preferences, habits, needs and consumer choices. Once you have given your consent you nonetheless have the right, at any time, and at no cost, to oppose the processing of your data for this purpose;
means: data will be processed using both hardcopy tools and electronic/computer/telematic tools/supports, in full compliance with the law, in accordance with the principles of lawfulness and correctness and in such a way as to safeguard confidentiality;
non-mandatory nature of consent: it is not compulsory to provide your data;
consequences of refusal: refusal to provide data or complete opposition to the processing thereof for the purposes set forth at point a) may make it impossible to meet a number of requests; not authorising the use of data for the purposes set forth at points b) and c) will have no consequences for the commercial relationship underway or for entitlement to any advantages linked to promotions;
subjects or categories of subjects (recipients) to which data may be transmitted or disclosed: data may be transmitted to third parties only for compliance with legal obligations or obligations of a contractual nature. Data will in no event be disclosed;
persons authorised to process data: data will be processed solely and exclusively by a limited number of company staff from the administrative, marketing, data processing and sales sectors, duly authorised for the purpose;
automated decision-making processes: no automated decision-making processes are managed in any way; with regard to “profiling”, see point c) above;
rights of the data subject: you are entitled to all the rights established by European Regulation no. 2016/679, such as the right to request access to and rectification or erasure of personal data, restrictions on the processing thereof and the right to oppose the processing thereof, as well as the right to data portability. You also have the right to submit a complaint to the supervisory authority;
transfer to third countries: any transfers of personal data to a third country outside of the European Union or to an international organisation must be based on an adequacy decision of the Commission, or, in the event of the transfers referred to in articles 46, 47 or 49, second paragraph, of the European Regulation, based on appropriate, pertinent guarantees;
storage period of data: data will be stored for the period of time strictly necessary to meet the requests of the data subject, or based on the provisions of the regulations in force or contained in any pertinent contract clauses; specifically, data processed for the purposes set forth at point c) will be stored for a period of 12 months;
data controller: the data controller is Coswell S.p.A., headquartered in Funo di Argelato (BO), Via P. Gobetti no. 4, in the person of the legal representative pro tempore;
data protection officer: the data protection officer is Mr. Juri Torreggiani, business address in Reggio Emilia, Via Piccard n. 16/G, tel. 0522/30.11.69, fax 0522/38.79.96: any requests for clarification or information may be addressed to said officer.
