Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days from when you or a third party appointed by you has received the product.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you should inform Coswell s.p.a, with registered office in Via P. Gobetti, 4 40050 Funo di Argelato (Bo), of your decision by sending a declaration to the e-mail address:
support@transvital.ch attaching the withdrawal form.
Then follow the instructions you will find in the withdrawal confirmation that you will receive from the ShopTransvital Consumers Service. Remember to insert the return form completed in the package, complete with the “Return Authorization Code (RMA)” that you will receive from our Customer Service, along with the product and send it to:

To comply with the withdrawal deadline, simply send the request by e-mail within 14 days of receipt of the order. After receiving the “return authorization code” you have up to 14 days to send the package.
With the withdrawal you will receive the reimbursement of payments made, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of additional costs arising from your possible choice of a type of delivery different from the less expensive type of standard delivery offered), without undue delay and in any case not more than 14 days after Coswell spa receives the goods and verifies the validity of the withdrawal. These refunds will be made using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless You request reimbursement by different means of payment, in which case any additional costs arising from the different payment method chosen by You will be charged to You . The refund may be suspended until receipt of the goods or until the demonstration by Tua that you have returned the goods, if previous.
If you have received the product, please return it to Coswell s.p.a. without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 days from the day on which you notified the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period. The direct costs for returning the goods will be charged to you. Return due to defect or non-compliance If you have received an incorrect or damaged product, please contact our Customer Care to request your Return Authorization Code (RMA) by sending the return form, completed in its entirety, and attaching a photographic proof.
